Scottsdale is Synonymous with Luxury!
According to the Phoenix Business Journal in 2013, four of the Top 6 ZIP codes of the Phoenix metro area (ranked by the wealthiest populations) belong to the City of Scottsdale. The number 1 ranked ZIP code belongs to Paradise Valley of course, but the next 3 are in Scottsdale and 1 is in Tempe.
Many people consider Silverleaf in DC Ranch to be the Crown of the luxury real estate market in Scottsdale, and being in the 85255 with Pinnacle Peak, McDowell Mountain Ranch and Troon certainly helps that ZIP code's ranking. Considering this list, it's no wonder that pretty much anywhere that you go, if you tell someone that you are from Scottsdale Arizona they will likely assume that you are wealthy and that you probably live in a mansion or luxurious estate. Go ahead.... try it. As you can see by the list of luxury homes for sale above, there are plenty of reasons for them to assume it. |

Although in most cases 24 hours (or more) notice would be preferred, some sellers may be ready to show within a few hours notice in best case scenarios.
It is important to understand that the sellers of multi-million dollar luxury homes, mansions and estates (especially at the prices showcased on this website) will require some type of proof that a potential buyer is in fact qualified to make a home purchase of this magnitude, before allowing a Showing to be scheduled. Ideally, a verifiable Statement of Ability letter (such as from your CPA or financial institution) will suffice. |
